What We Believe
01
We believe that the Bible is the Word of God, inspired and infallible in its original documents and of total credibility and supreme authority in all that concerns faith and conduct (2nd Timothy 3.16; 1st Peter 1.21)
02
We believe that there is only one God, who has eternally existed in three persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. (Deuteronomy 6.4; Matthew 28.19)
03
We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, his virginal conception, his sinless life, his miracles, his redeeming and vicarious death, his bodily resurrection, his ascension, his mediatorial work, and his bodily return in power and glory. (John 1.1-2; Matthew 1.18; Hebrews 4.15; Romans 4.25; 1st Timothy 3.16; 1st Thessalonians 4.13-17; Matthew 24.30)
04
We believe in the sinfulness and guilt of the human being that brings him the wrath of God and condemnation. (Romans 3.23; John 5.24)
05
We believe in the Holy Spirit who enlightens, regenerates and baptizes every believer in the Body of Christ at the moment of belief. He dwells in his life and sanctifies him (John 7.37-39; 16.8-11; Romans 8.14-15; 1 Corinthians 12.1)
06
We believe in the justification of the sinner by the grace of God alone, through repentance and faith in Christ crucified and risen from the dead. (Romans 1.16; 3.24-26; Acts 4.12; Titus 3.5; Galatians 3.22)
07
We believe in the priesthood of all believers, who in the unity of the Holy Spirit constitute the Universal Church, the Body of which Christ is the Head. Committed to their Lord's command to proclaim the gospel. (Ephesians 4.3-6,15-16; 1st Corinthians 12.13)
08
We believe in the bodily resurrection of both the saved and the lost. One for eternal life and the other for eternal damnation. (1 Corinthians 15.51-53; John 5.28-29; Revelation 20.11-15)
09
We believe that the goal of every Christian is to grow in spiritual maturity through obedience to God's Word and by the indwelling Holy Spirit.
